What is Delta 8?
Delta 8 is a compound called a cannabinoid and is found in the cannabis plant. It is molecularly similar to Delta 9 THC, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis. Delta 8's properties are similar to Delta 9, however it has about 1/3 of the potency.

Is Delta 8 legal?
Yep!
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized all hemp derived products. Our Delta 8 products are made from hemp plants and contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, the legal limit.
What's the difference between hemp & marijuana?
Not much! Hemp and Marijuana are both names for the same plant - Cannabis sativa. The difference is the amount of Delta 9 THC present in the plant. Hemp plants have less than 0.3% THC, everything high than that is considered marijuana.
